Cookie policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Written following the Italian supervisory authority's guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021.

1. Short version

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no social plug-in, no embedded video and no external font. That is why you do not see a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The only exception does not concern visitors: the area reserved for CELA staff. Those who sign in there with their own username and password receive a technical cookie, needed to keep them signed in; it requires no consent and serves no other purpose.

Nor does the site use localStorage or sessionStorage: nothing at all is written to your device in order to collect or keep personal data. The pages you have visited leave no trace in the browser once you close them.

2. What the site does store in your browser

TechnologyUsed here?Notes
Technical cookiesReserved area onlyThe public pages are static: there is no session to maintain. The area reserved for staff uses a single technical cookie (ess_staff), set after signing in with username and password: it expires after 12 hours at the latest.
Analytics cookiesNoNo visitor measurement is in place.
Profiling / advertising cookiesNoNever used.
localStorage / sessionStorageNoThe pages keep no state between visits.
Third-party resources (fonts, maps, videos, CDN)NoFonts are the ones already installed on your device; images, styles and scripts are served by this site alone.

3. Server access logs

These are not cookies, but they are a form of processing: the web server records the requests it receives (IP address, user agent, page, timestamp) for security purposes only, and deletes them after a short period. See the privacy policy.

4. The server hosting the site

The site is hosted by Vulcania System S.r.l. (Verona) on servers in Germany (see theprivacy policy). The server delivers the pages to visitors and receives the requests sent with the forms: it sets no cookies, adds no scripts or measurement tools and uses no third-party services to protect the forms.

Should a tool that requires consent ever be added, this page will be updated and the banner will appear before it is used.
